Interesting to read Terry McCrann in the Herald Sun this week where he commented that the seriously low interest rate will have investors going into property and shares.
We are anticipating the market will rise and have been saying so for months now.
The basis to our prediction was the old “supply and demand” scenario. Earlier in the year and up until a month or so ago, so called experts ( economists and the like) were predicting falls of between 15 % and 30% in sale prices. What was their thinking?
Super low interest rates, lots of demand and low supply mean increased prices. It makes our job as buyer agents very hard.
